We stand behind every piece of clothing we make, which is why we're proud to offer free lifetime repairs on all of our own branded garments—no matter how old they are or how they got damaged! Moth holes, ripped seams, worn-through knees- no problem. We bring them back to life as best we can.
The Lowie Lifetime Repair Promise
This is more than just a repair service; it's a core part of our commitment to sustainability and battling clothing waste. We want you to love and wear your Lowie pieces for longer.
How it Works
It couldn't be simpler to use the service:
- Bring it in: Drop your garment off at our store in Herne Hill, London. Our friendly advisor or designer Natalie will talk through with you what repair is needed and fill out our repairs form.
- Or Post it: If you're not local, you can just post your item to us. Be sure to include a note with your return address and phone number and a description of the mend. We don't want to miss any holes!
Mending Process
Once it's here, our in-house mending lady Jo gets to work.
- We work together to choose the best yarns, buttons and methods of mending before Jo meticulously fixes and mends the garment to extend its life, ensuring it's ready for many more years of wear.
- When it's mended we will double check the item and then give you a call to come and collect or we post back the item to you.
